Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup chopped frozen carrots
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

  1. Prechop and freeze banana and carrots.
  2. Peel skin off fresh ginger and dice.
  3. Measure all ingredients into a Vitamix blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
