Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¾ soy milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger root
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Peel the skin of the ginger root and chop into small chunks.
  2. Measure all ingredients into a Vitamix blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a smoothie glass and enjoy!
