  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1.5 cups baby spinach
  • ½ scoop Truvani plant based protein powder - vanilla
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup soy milk
  • 4 ice cubes
