14 Mango Smoothies and Must Try Variations

Published: Feb 23, 2026 by Amber Sagal · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

Making smoothies with frozen mango is one of my favorite ways to create a luscious, smooth texture. I use mango almost the way I use banana to make smoothies creamier, except mango has a much more subtle flavor that does not overpower everything else the way banana can.

Whenever I want a thicker, creamier smoothie, I add mango. It also happens to be one of my favorite fruits, but buying fresh mango in Canada when it is out of season costs a pretty penny. That is why I always keep a bag of frozen mango stocked in my freezer to make these frozen mango smoothie recipes.

Mango combines well with almost every fruit and even greens, which is why there are so many different mango smoothies you can make, depending on what you pair it with.

For a more classic mango smoothie flavor, my mango yogurt smoothie and mango banana smoothie are among my favorites, along with the tropical mango pineapple smoothie. If you are looking for something higher in protein, the mango protein smoothie and mango spinach protein smoothie are both great options.

I also love using mango in green smoothies because it naturally sweetens the blend while keeping the texture ultra smooth. It lets the other ingredients shine while still delivering the creamy consistency that makes smoothies so satisfying.

Whether you are looking for healthy mango smoothies, tropical combinations, or high protein fruit blends, these mango smoothie recipes offer plenty of mango smoothie ideas to keep things interesting.
