Ingredients
  

  • cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon raw cashews
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add the cashews, water, and Medjool dates to a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth
  2. Add the frozen raspberries and vanilla extract, then blend again until thick and smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
